Free Standard Shipping

Customers within the contiguous United States, including APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses, can enjoy free standard delivery. This is automatically applied when an order meets the required merchandise subtotal after discounts are applied—no promotional code needed. The minimum purchase required for free shipping may change periodically, and any updates will be reflected at checkout for new orders. Please note that shipping offers can also be modified or discontinued without prior notice, but the conditions at the time of purchase will always determine eligibility.

Delivery Timeline

Once an order qualifies for free standard shipping, the package is processed and prepared for delivery. Most standard shipments are estimated to arrive within three to seven business days from the time the carrier receives the package. “Business days” refer to Monday through Friday and exclude federal holidays in the United States. While every effort is made to meet these estimates, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to external factors like weather delays, carrier issues, or transportation delays, all of which are beyond our control.

Shipping Limitations

Certain items may have shipping limitations based on safety regulations or transportation guidelines. Products like aerosols, alcohol-based formulas, or other materials classified as restricted may not be eligible for all delivery methods. Military Address Shipping

Orders sent to military addresses (APO, FPO, and DPO) are eligible for free standard shipping when the order meets the required subtotal. However, delivery times to these addresses may be significantly longer, typically extending up to thirty business days due to military mail handling procedures. These extended timelines depend on the military postal system and are not aligned with standard commercial delivery estimates, so additional patience may be needed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed based on when they are submitted. Purchases made after 2:59 PM Eastern Time are typically processed the next business day. During high-demand periods, such as seasonal promotions or peak shopping events, processing times may be longer. These delays may extend the overall delivery window, even for orders with free shipping.

Expedited Shipping Options

For customers who need faster delivery, expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. These services shorten transit times, but they are subject to specific conditions:

Orders placed for expedited delivery after 1:59 PM Eastern Time are typically processed the following business day.
Saturday delivery is not available.
Expedited shipping may not be available for certain destinations like Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or military addresses.
Orders with a large number of items may also be excluded from express options.
In some areas, same-day delivery is available through third-party providers, depending on local availability.
Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination and local tax regulations. The tax amount will be clearly displayed during checkout, ensuring complete transparency in pricing.

Parcel Forwarding Services

For customers using parcel forwarding or freight forwarding services, please note that these services operate independently. Once a package is delivered to a forwarding service, responsibility for the shipment shifts to the forwarding company. Issues like delays, loss, or damage that occur after the package is transferred are generally not covered by the original retailer.
